Welcome to Hustle House Studios ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we offer, including but not limited to

tattooing, mic performances, body art, and videography

(collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive tattoo or body art services. By booking with us, you confirm that you are of legal age and comply with all applicable laws and health regulations.

2. Appointments and Deposits

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.A non-refundable 50$ deposit may be required to confirm your booking. This 50$ deposit will be applied toward your final cost.Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Health and Safety

For tattoo and body art services:

You must disclose any health conditions (e.g., skin sensitivities, allergies, bloodborne diseases) before your session.We reserve the right to decline service if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

4. Creative Work and Artistic Rights

All tattoo designs, performances, and video projects are created by our artists and remain their intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing you may not replicate, resell, or distribute any content created without express permission.

5. Videography Services

We will provide a project timeline and final delivery date upon confirmation of the project.Revisions are limited to [insert number, e.g., 2] rounds unless otherwise agreed upon.We retain the right to showcase completed videography projects in our portfolio or promotional materials, unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.

6. Conduct

Clients are expected to treat our team and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payments are due as agreed upon prior to service.All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for completed work, but we will make reasonable efforts to ensure your satisfaction.

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

Any allergic reactions, infections, or complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.Personal property lost or damaged while on our premises.Outcomes of creative work that involved full client approval during the design or filming process.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy – link here].

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or Services indicates your acceptance of the latest version.

Policy for Clients Under 18 Accompanied by an Adult

At Hustle House Studios we welcome younger clients for select services, provided they are

accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

and proper consent is given.

🔞 Tattoo Services

Clients must be 18 years or older.We do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent, in accordance with local health regulations and state law.

🎨 Body Art (Face Paint, Henna, Makeup, etc.)

Clients under 18 may receive non-permanent body artwith a parent or legal guardian present.Asigned consent formwill be required at the time of service.The accompanying adult must remain on-site for the duration of the appointment.

🎤 Mic Performances & 🎥 Videography (Minors as Talent)

Minors participating in mic events or video projects must beaccompanied by a parent or guardian.Asigned media releaseandparticipation consent formmust be completed before services begin.The accompanying adult must be present during all sessions, rehearsals, or filming involving minors.

Required Documents:

Valid photo ID of the minor (e.g., student ID, passport, or birth certificate)Valid photo ID of the parent/guardianSignedparental consent form(provided at booking or onsite)Signedmedia release form(for performances or video projects)

Our Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

Proper identification or consent forms are not providedThe parent/guardian is not presentWe believe the service is not appropriate or safe for the minor
